At 11,700’ on a cold summer morning, sunflowers (also known as “Old Man of the Mountain” turn toward the rising sun. In the distance, Byers Peak climbs almost 13,000’ into the morning sky. The ski runs of Winter Park and Mary Jane are also visible. Photo © copyright by Rob Greebon.
