RMNP - Path to the Milky Way
Rocky Mountain National Park
One of my favorite places in Rocky Mountain National Park to photograph the Milky Way is a little trail just past Lake Irene. Here, the path winds and bends before disappearing into the forest. In the month of June, this trail leads into the heart of the stars around 3:45am, making for great leading lines and bringing a sense of wonder to anyone fortunate enough to witness this magical landscape.
