Hopp Creek Sunrise 1
I’d read about this creek while searching for a location to photograph high up on Berthoud Pass. There is no trail up here, and googmaps only showed a small snow-melt creek. After scouting the area one afternoon, I returned the next morning well before sunrise. It was cold, wet, and beautiful as the sun’s first light radiated through the purple horizon across fields of golden wildflowers. Of course, I never saw another person, and now I look forward to returning here in future summers. Photo © copyright by Rob Greebon.
